How do I change or cancel my order?

Orders are filled as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once your order is placed we are unable to make any changes to the order. You are welcome to return your item in accordance with our Easy Returns policy after your order has been delivered.

How can I track my package?

  • You will receive an email from us with shipping confirmation which will provide a link to track your order. From there, you could monitor the shipment progress until the package is delivered.
  • You could also track your package on our website by creating an account. Depending on the shipping method selected you may also track through USPS, UPS, and or FedEx.

How can I track my international package?

You will receive an email from us with shipping confirmation which will provide a link to track your order. From there, you could monitor the shipment progress until the package is delivered. Our international orders are shipped through DHL and we will also provide you with tracking details.

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from All-in-One products, please be sure to check your Spam or send us a text at 704-779-0178 for a faster response. Please also to remember to double check to make sure your email was put in properly. You could also log into your account on our website and select “My orders” to review your order history. Last, you reach out to our Customer care team via the Online request form.

Why was my ordered cancelled?

  • The item (s) sold out. The item could also be on backordered and scheduled for a later delivery time. Please signup to be notified once item is back in stock on our website under Notify Me.
  • We were unable to verify your address listed on the order or it doesn’t match with the credit card issuer or bank that we have on file. We ask that you please contact your credit card issuer to verify your billing information is correct. Once updated you may create a new order.

Please note: Any items that are cancelled for any reason above, you will receive an email confirming your orders cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your financial institution.
