The general purposes for which this Corporation/Organization has been established are as follows:
The purpose for which the Non-Profit Corporation/Organization is formed id set forth in the attached Articles of Incorporation.

The Corporation/Organization is established within the meaning of IRS Publication 557 Section 501© (3) Organization of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code and shall be operated exclusively to provide to HIGH RISK YOUTH, JUVENILE OFFENDERS and AGING-OUT WARDS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, ST. CLAIR COUNTY & OTHER NEARBY MUNICIPALITY’S YOUTH, Spiritual/Moral based Vocational training to include the following:

a) Psycho-social mentoring & life wellness skills development & training:
b) Introduce employment skills development & training:
c) Provide community/family sustenance skills development & training:
d) Entrepreneurial skills development & training (in areas such as ReGreen Clothing Manufacturing & Brand Marketing. Housing Rehabilitation & Construction, Hospitality Back of the House (housekeeping/food & beverage), Large Equipment Operations, Community Sustenance Gardening from seed to sale, Arborist/Environmental Conservation Labor Development, Landscaping/Tree Trimming & Refuse Repurposing, Livery & Tow Services, Corn to Fuel Conversion Harvest/Business Development): and,
e) In the near future other areas of self-employment/empowerment
