Founder and President Mani Erfan has been working in and around the refining and petrochemical industry for the past 31 years. A University of Florida Graduate with a degree in Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering with high Honors, working in the Industry in Chevron Chemical, Haldor Topsoe Catalyst, and Parkans International prior to becoming the co-founder and CEO of Unicat Catalyst technologies Inc. Mr. Erfan has now recently left the Unicat Organization after the successful sale of the company to further pursue the expansion of IRA Catalyst and Chemicals company.

IRA foundation is to provide the most reliable, economical and environmentally safe method for reuse of valuable metal bearing resources available in the industry for our clients. Our focus is wide and large and cover a wide network of industries such as industrial catalyst, metal production by products, mining residues, to EV batteries and alike. We provide a open source network where our customers know and are aware of the final destination of all goods and are provided a complete cradle to grave solution. We ascribe to a zero waste policy to minimize landfill utilization.
