About Shari
Shari is a certified professional behavior analyst and a long time lover of horses. 25 years ago she began working with horses and learning to understand their behaviors. Over a decade ago she began noticing the work she was able to accomplish with people when they came to visit her barn. She built confidence, began new conversations with groups by applying her extensive training in team building,leadership and combining it with her knowledge of how the horse her works. She now works intimately with teams professionally to help them better understand how others may perceive them and how they can be more intentional in their lives. Barn Boot Camp allows teams to experience a team aligning, building, engaging environment that is uniquely different and personalized to each person’s needs.
Shari Pheasant is a sought after speaker, leadership trainer, a two-time winner of the International Women’s Leadership Association’s Woman of the Year award and EConomic Development Association of Western Nevada Business Mentor of the Year. In addition, she was awarded the Business Innovator Award at the Harvard Business School Thought Leader Conference after giving her talk, “Get Naked, Get Comfortable, Get Real; the New Business Model.” Shari’s book with the same title is set to be released late in 2021.
